Playing Metro 2033 on error dpc_watchdog_violation

Windows 8 Pro (MSDN)
Playing Metro 2033 on PC when I was entering a room, boom, this error :)
Well after reading a lot about it seems 99% of people are booting a laptop but I'm on a high end PC with full of memory, NVidia GTX 295 with latest drivers and Windows 8 Pro is very up to date and while playing a game I get this ?

Any hints ?
